Each curve is a beer's price spread; the peak sits at the price you'll most often pay. The number is how many priced pubs back it. (Alcohol-free variants excluded.)

Does the pint follow the property market?

Each borough shaded by both its median pint and its median home price. Greens run from cheaper to dearer pints, blues from cheaper to dearer homes — so deep blue-green is expensive on both, pale grey cheap on both. The off-colours are the exceptions.

Home prices are median sale price by borough, ONS HPSSA dataset 9 (year ending Mar 2023). A link isn't a cause — dear areas push up rent, rates and wages alike — and thin-data boroughs move as more prices come in.
